We have 2 overflow hotels that do not require all 3 nights of reservation. Both are only 1 block from the Host Hotel.
Overflow Hotel 1:
Contains our Overflow Playspace and is attached to an Irish Pub. It's located on the backside of the same city block as the host hotel.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
o The last day to cancel or transfer a registration is January 5, 2024.
o There will be NO refunds granted after January 5, 2024.
o Cancellations, and transfers are subject to a $50 per person handling fee.
o The following procedure must be completed in order to cancel registration and obtain a refund: A written request for refund sent to registrar@darkodyssey.com. Your legal registered name must be present on your request. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the cancellation request.
o If registration fees were paid with credit card, refunds will only be issued to the card used in the original transaction.
o To transfer a registration, contact the registrar by January 5, 2024 with the legal name and email address of the person you would like to transfer your registration to. There is a $50 transfer fee.
o Hotel Rooms Reservations must be cancelled at least 3 days before your arrival date or the hotel will charge you one night's room and tax.
o Host Hotel has a 1st night NON REFUNDABLE deposit.
o Hotel Room Reservations are NOT listed on this invoice. You should make your room reservations directly with the hotel. Reservation Link is provided in the confirmation email. The hotel may charge your frist night's room and tax in advance and will charge you the balance at the end of your stay.
o The hotel is NOT offering any special Covid cancellation allowances.
o Odyssey Events, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual. If we cancel your registration prior to the beginning of the event we will refund your registration fees. If you are asked to leave the event for any reason such as a violation of our code of conduct, no refunds will be granted.
