Captain Beatrice & Benedick
Captain Beatrice and Benedick have been helping adults of all ages, shapes, and sizes explore their sexuality and unconventional sexual practices for over ten years. In that time, they have investigated ways to make sexual encounters more passionate, vigorous, daring, and—just as important—free of injury through a better understanding of biomechanics, personalized physical conditioning, and life energy forces. They look forward to sharing what they have learned with those interested in teaching their bodies to accept and give more.
Since 1995, “CB” and “B” have enjoyed exploring boundaries and testing theories on the east coast, west coast, and Midwest, and they have authored a number of “how-to” articles on what they have learned. When not at camp, they amuse themselves by designing and fabricating equipment, playing in the woods, writing poetry, traveling in Asia, and napping with their cats. They are also currently working to build an alternative lifestyles community in Seoul, South Korea.
Rise-n-Shine: PT for Perverts
Have you ever hurt (in a bad way) during a hogtie? Wound down before the windfall? Throbbed after thrusting? Or twinged following torture? If so, PT for Pervs may help! PT for Pervs (physical training) is a series of four workshops connecting physical fitness, sensual expression, and sexual performance. It is designed for those who want to increase their level of fitness and for those who are already fit but would like a new, “device-free” routine while on the road. No experience or jock-straps required; people of all shapes, sizes, and strength levels are encouraged to attend.
Each workshop will introduce a specific topic (stretching, nutrition, cardio health, and strength training, respectively) as it relates to passionate and vigorous sensual encounters. In addition, each workshop will include a thorough, hands-on, no-equipment-required workout in which participants will learn how to strengthen the major muscle groups required for more adventure with less risk of injury.
Participants are encouraged to attend all four workshops, but if that is not possible they should attend on two consecutive days so they can learn both halves of the PT for Pervs workout.
